This category recognizes one winning entry and may include a shortlist of up to ten finalists. Submissions must run between 5 and 20 minutes and should be primarily narrative-driven, presenting an original fictional story or event. Productions that dramatize factual material should be entered in this category rather than in the Non-Fiction division.
Non-Fiction
This category honors one winning entry and may include a shortlist of up to ten nominees. Eligible submissions must have a duration between 5 and 20 minutes and should primarily present factual content. Archival material, documentary footage, reenactments, and animation are acceptable. However, works that dramatize factual subjects are ineligible for this category and should be submitted under an alternative classification.
