Requirements
These requirements are primarily focused on safety, professionalism, and logistics.
Permits and Licenses: Food vendors must have the necessary permits from the local health department to operate a temporary food stand.
Health and Safety Certification: The vendor must have a valid Food Handler or Certified Food Protection Manager certificate, as required by local regulations.
