About the Role
We're looking for a skilled culinary partner to serve as our Abula Spot at Frames and Stages. We need a vendor who specializes in preparing authentic, homemade-style Abula, a cornerstone of traditional Nigerian cuisine. This is more than just a dish; it’s an experience we want to share with our guests.
The selected vendor must be able to provide a complete and exceptional Abula meal, including:
Flawless Amala: Perfectly prepared, lump-free yam flour that is soft and smooth.
Rich Gbegiri: A savory and well-seasoned bean soup.
Flavorful Ewedu: A smooth, earthy, and perfectly textured jute leaf soup.
Assorted Meats: A variety of expertly seasoned proteins, such as beef, goat meat, and tripe, cooked to tender perfection.
Your team should have a deep understanding of the flavors and techniques required to produce a genuine, high-quality Abula.
If you are passionate about preserving and sharing authentic Nigerian flavors, we encourage you to apply. Please submit your proposed menu, pricing, and a portfolio of your work for our review.
